About

First and foremost, I’m a wife and mummy to three amazing children who are my world! I was fortunate to experience three (very different) home-births in the UK, with exceptional ante-natal and post-natal care. My family and I emigrated to Australia when my children were 5 months, 2 and 3 years old. I understand the physical challenges and mental stresses of juggling a busy family life, a career and study, whilst trying to maintain a healthy balance.

I’m a specialist in perinatal remedial massage and post-natal well-woman rehabilitation, with over 15 years experience practicing in clinical physiotherapy, alongside 10 years experience as an allied health and massage therapy lecturer in further education. With a Bachelors of Science Degree and currently studying a Masters of Women’s Health Medicine, extended training with Pregnancy Massage Australia to become a registered NurtureLife Practitioner, I am passionate about improving women’s health through remedial massage and physical therapy; supporting the physical and physiological changes that women encounter, from preconception, through their pregnancy journey and beyond.

I specialise in more complex conditions induced by pregnancy or ongoing issues following delivery, such as carpal tunnel syndrome, pelvic girdle pain, thoracic and cervical muscle tension, lumbar lordosis, pelvic floor insufficiency, sciatic pain, weak abdominal muscles. Working in close communication with your medical care providers when required to ensure safe and professional practice. I provide a thorough orthopaedic initial consultation to better understand your needs, ensuring the most suitable treatment plan is followed, with a focus on particular problem areas or specific conditions.
