BOOKING APPOINTMENTS

This online booking system is for clinic-based appointments. The clinic address is: 27 James Cook Drive, Kings Langley, NSW, 2147. Please allow 15-20 seconds for the availability options to be displayed after you have selected a service. Upon booking, you will receive an auto-generated email with additional important information. Please check your ‘junk mail’ if it is not in your ‘inbox’.

CANCELLATION POLICY (please read in full prior to booking)

We understand that life can be busy, and we try to be as flexible as possible. However, we kindly ask you to provide at least 24-hours notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, to allow enough time to offer your appointment to another client and to avoid wasted appointments.

A reminder text message will be sent 24-48 hours prior to your appointment- please reply as soon as possible to confirm your attendance. If you cancel at late notice within 24 hours of your appointment, a $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged.

If you do not attend your appointment or you are cancelling within 12 hours of the appointment date/time without prior notice or due explanation, you will be charged the full-service cancellation fee or your gift voucher will be withheld as payment in full (if applicable), and we reserve the right to decline future bookings.

GIFT VOUCHERS

– Gift vouchers can be used as full or part-payment for any Maternity Massage Sydney services, depending on the voucher amount and the service price.

– Gift vouchers cannot be transferred to another person or exchanged for cash.

– Please check the expiry date on your gift voucher and allow enough time to book your preferred appointment within the expiry dates.

– Don’t forget to include your gift voucher code in the comments box of your appointment booking form.

– The recipient is encouraged to consider the best time to use the voucher, particularly if booking close to due date or induction date.

– If you are using a gift voucher and you cancel without providing 24-hours notice, we reserve the right to keep your voucher as payment in full if a valid reason is not appropriately communicated in advance and if your appointment cannot be filled due to the late cancellation.
