BOOKING A APPOINTMENT

Clinic-based appointments:

This online booking system is to be used for clinic-based appointments only. The clinic address is: 27 James Cook Drive, Kings Langley, NSW, 2147. Please be patient and allow approximately 15-20 seconds for the availability options to be displayed after you have selected a service (below). Upon booking, you will receive an auto-generated email with additional important information, please check your ‘junk mail’ if it is not in your ‘inbox’.

Mobile appointments:

Mobile appointments are not currently available. Apologies for any disappointment & thank you for your understanding whilst this service is reviewed. CANCELLATION POLICY & GIFT VOUCHERS

We kindly ask you to provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, to allow enough time to offer your appointment to another client in need of treatment and to avoid wasted appointments. If you cancel at late notice within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be asked to pay upfront in advance next time you book in and a 50% fee for the late cancellation or no show appointment missed.

Please note that all gift vouchers are valid for twelve months from the date of purchase, due to the specialist nature of the services provided by Maternity Massage Sydney and the duration that the vouchers are intended for. Pregnancy gift vouchers can be transferred to labour preparation or postnatal treatments, providing that communication is received in advance to confirm this transfer and that they are redeemed by the expiry date.

We encourage the recipient to consider the best time to use the voucher, particularly if booking close to due date, and to allow plenty of time to book an appointment before the voucher expires. If you are using a gift voucher and you cancel without providing 24 hours notice, we may keep your voucher as payment in full if a valid reason is not appropriately communicated.
