**CANCELLATION POLICY** (updated on 21.10.24 and reviewed 2.1.25)- to reduce the number of last-minute cancellations and 'no shows', this is a polite reminder that cancellations within 24 hours of appointment date/time, will incur a $50.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 12 hours of your appointment date/time or 'no shows' will result in the full-service fee being charged/void your gift voucher.
